What is the CCHL Mentorship Program?

We’re pleased to offer a mentorship program in partnership with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL), BC Lower Mainland Chapter — a one-to-one mentorship opportunity at no charge.  This invaluable program connects emerging health leaders with a mentor who will support them to design a personalized plan for professional improvement.  Mentors help mentees identify their professional development needs, set goals, access networks of like-minded people, build confidence, and learn about the knowledge, skills, and attitudes an individual needs to successfully lead within the Canadian health system.Quick facts about the CCHL Mentorship Program:

  • Mentors are experienced healthcare professionals with a minimum of 7 years of healthcare-related work experience
  • Mentees must be either CCHL or EHL members
  • Matching is based on interests, geography, and mentoring goals
  • Participants are asked to commit to 2-3 hours per month

How do I sign up for the CCHL Mentorship Program?

To sign up for the CCHL Mentorship Program or for more information, please contact our PM, Mentorship & Coaching, Marissa Mar at mmar.ehlvan@gmail.com.  Please note that this opportunity is available to EHL Members exclusively.
