Members of Emerging Health Leaders Nova Scotia (EHL NS) are eligible for the Job Shadow Connector Program. On March 1st, 2014 16 EHL NS members will be randomly picked and matched with a Partner for a half-day job shadow opportunity. These 16 members will have the opportunity to job shadow their Partner between March 15 – May 15/ 2014. Partners of EHL NS are currently senior leaders in the Nova Scotia healthcare system and have agreed to partner with EHL NS to provide this opportunity for emerging leaders.
