CCHL-EHL Executive Mentorship Program
The EHL teams up with the CCHL BC Lower Mainland Chapter to offer a mentorship program for 2013-2014. This program is intended to assist BC Lower Mainland health care executives in their growth and development, and to strengthen the ties of health care executives to their local CCHL chapter. Our mentorship program facilitates great learning not easily obtained within the workplace.
Here are some quick facts on the program:
- Mentors are defined as experienced health care professionals, with more than 7 years of health care related work experience. Mentors are not required to CCHL members.
- Mentees are defined as students currently within the MHA, MBA, EMB of a health-related leadership program, or working professionals within their first 5 years of work experience in a health care sector.
- Matching will be based on interests, geography, and mentoring goals.
- Participants are asked to commit to 2-3 hours per month, between October 2013 and June 2014.
If you are interested in participating as a mentor or mentee, please complete the attached application form and forward to Ms. Sheila Beveridge at sheila@portfolio-inc.com by Friday, September 20, 2013.
