Helen Bevan, Chief Transformation Officer – National Health Services, United Kingdom, on Wednesday October 28, 2015.

Helen has been a leader of large scale change in the National Health Services for more than 20 years. She was a key leader in the creation of “The Productive Ward “(2007), and initiative NHS Change Day in partnership with a group of young clinical and managerial leaders in 2012.

Helen is acknowledged globally for her expertise in large scale change and ability to translate it into practical action and deliver outcomes. She provides advice, guidance and training on transformational change to leaders of healthcare systems across the world.

She is a source of energy and inspiration for change and helps to “think the unthinkable.” In 2008, the 60th anniversary of the National Health Services, Helen was recognized as one of the 60 most influential people in the history of the NHS.

Helen will be sharing her leadership story with us and address some of the following questions
– How did she know she was on the right path?
– What would she have done differently?
– What advice would she give to her younger self?
